The primary role of the First Vice President is the planning and coordination of a strong, well-balanced chapter program that is relevant to the needs and desires of the chapter. She serves as the chairman on the Programs Council as well as the liaison between PC and Executive Council.

The NMC is responsible for preparing our new members for a lifetime association with Zeta Tau Alpha. Although each chapter member has a personal responsibility to the new members, she is the primary contact for them and is charged with organizing, coordinating, and executing a strong program.

The Third Vice President is a very important member because the future of the chapter depends on a strong, well-organized recruitment program. She is responsible for the planning and supervision of recruitment in the chapter, but a strong and successful program is the result of year-round efforts by the entire chapter and each member.

One of the basic requirements for successful functioning of ZTA is financial stability, and the Treasurer has responsibility for this. The work of this office is exacting and the Treasurer must establish a schedule into which she can fit definite hours each week.

The Recording Secretary is responsible for managing the reporting and paperwork associated with the proper functioning of the chapter. She takes minutes at weekly EC and chapter meetings. She compiles and prints the agenda for chapter meetings. She is also responsible for taking roll and keeping track of excuses.

The Historian-Reporter's duties are three-fold. She provides a bridge from the past to the future as she maintains the historical records of the chapter, including the scrapbook, and any archival materials. As the chapter reporter she is the link between the chapter and alumnae, the campus, the National Fraternity, and the general public.

The Panhellenic Delegate is ZTA's ambassador to the rest of the Greek world on her campus, and is a most important link to the successful functioning of the sorority system. She serves as a voting delegate for ZTA in the Panhellenic Association.

Ritual Chairmanstblk03@moravian.edu
The Ritual Chairman has the responsibility of insuring that her chapter follows Fraternity rituals as written. No two chapters are exactly the same, but the ritual is the common bond that links all Zeta Tau Alpha chapters together. She makes sure that rituals are presented with dignity, pride, and respect, according to all guidelines.
